LANDSCAPE PAINTING S II

My abstract paintings explore light, tone, colour and atmosphere through expressive brushwork and considered colour relationships. I enjoy allowing shapes, textures and marks to develop intuitively, creating a sense of balance and feeling rather than describing a specific subject. The paintings invite the viewer to pause, look a little longer and find their own interpretation.
