Acrylic and charcoal on canvas, 70cm x 70cm.
This painting is part of the Bradenstoke series. It is a response to the landscape of the priory ruin site. Riddled with strewn debris from the building which has been reclaimed by nature, the land is difficult to navigate. The elevated area is also exposed to the elements and this painting attempts to express the experience of being their and the sense of place.
